JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking Senior SAP HCM Consultants with strong backgrounds in data/systems integration utilizing the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) module. 
This hands-on, technical position involves working onsite and remotely with customers on large data integration projects implementing solutions from inception to completion. 
The position requires extensive knowledge of the data model for all SAP HCM modules. 
Prior programming experience is preferred.
This position requires working well in teams, as well as independently on projects. 
Excellent communication (oral and written), customer expectation management, responsiveness to customer needs, being proactive in anticipating technical challenges, being meticulous and having a consultative approach are extremely important to be successful in this position. 
A basic understanding of project management and the ability to follow project delivery methodology is also required.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Assisting in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software.
Provides design and development leaders bc hip with an emphasis on leveraging SAP HCM data for integration into external systems.
Creates, maintains, and delivers SDLC artifacts to the Integration Services Team.
Applies project management standards ensuring issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner; communicates status and escalates open/unresolved issues when necessary.
Help drive design effort focusing on end-to-end process optimization, using standard (vanilla) functionality whenever possible.
 
Position Requirements:
4 years development experience in SAP HCM with emphasis on one or more of the following: Core HR; Compensation; Talent Management; eRecruiting; Succession Planning; Payroll. Knowledge of SAP HCM Data and Data Relationships preferred.
Experience with data/systems integration utilizing the SAP HCM module.
Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience preferred.
Experience with requirements analysis, testing and end user training.
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies and environments.
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
