Requirements:
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience,
5+ years experience in the area of SAP-HR Testing
3 years experience with HP-QC tool

Qualifications:
The Tester must possess excellent problem solving and communication skills. The

individual must be flexible, dependable, capable of multi-tasking, and quickly learning
complex concepts. The individual must be expert in the area of testing with an
understanding of test tools and how those apply to the overall testing process.
The Tester should have a solid understanding of:
Test process/methodology
Test tools (HP Quality Center)
Test process/methodology
Test tools (HP Quality Center)
The Tester should also have a strong knowledge of:
SAP-HR module
SAP-HR Test data preparation
Data driven testing and analysis
Test Case creation and execution, Metrics reporting.
Test preparation and test execution processes in HP-Quality Center
SAP-HR module
SAP-HR Test data preparation
Data driven testing and analysis
Test Case creation and execution, Metrics reporting.
Test preparation and test execution processes in HP-Quality Center
