- Familiar with n-Tier distributed architecture:
- SharePoint
- Web services
- TFS (Team Foundation Server)
- Intermediated SQL/DBA knowledge (MS SQL / Oracle)
- ASP.net (Visual Studio) - Siemens DSL (Preferred)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Kepner Tregoe experience
- Experience with Incident management systems (e.g. Service manager 7 preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure across various time zones
- Awareness of the business processes within the oil & gas industry - Integrated production modeling and Integrated Field Management - Data Quality management
- University Master Degree or equivalent -.
- Strong communication skills, also to non-IT savvy business staff.
- Strong problem solver
- Team player, works effectively with all levels in organization (business & IT).
- Independently follow up on action items that are assigned. Delivers as promised.
