Required Skills
5-10 Years of solid implementation in Large Projects –Fortune 500s/Listed Corporations
Oracle Modules: Primary/Strong & Secondary/Knowledgeable
AR
GL
AP
Oracle Discoverer
With experience in customizations, bulk data processing i.e. Huge Volumes of Customers/Invoicing Data/Payment Dat
Sr. Biz Analyst with finance background will help, Techno functional who understands PL.SQL and customizations.
Focus is on good techno functional resource, who is polished in communication and having good education background. Expertise is needed in Oracle AR.
No coding requirement however should be little coding savvy and be able to write query/ conversant with PL.SQL
Expected Role: Lead BSA on small-mid sized projects & Support existing user base --- the more detailed you can be the better we can search/match the skills
Lead BSA on mid size to large projects
Have worked on Global Projects and Localizations
Other qualifications: any other qualifications you consider as a plus (finance business/education background etc.)
Query using SQLs
In-depth Accounting Knowledge related to Billing/Revenue/Accounts Payable/InterCompany
Has been a FTE with Big 4s – example Oracle, Infy, Wipro, KPMG, E&Y, etc
Understands the QA Process
Can Conduct CRP, UAT
Has experience with Desktop manuals
Knows to create PowerPoint /Visios
Can facilitate discussions with As-Is and To-Be processes
Can Train the Trainers and Train the End Users
Good Communication Skills – Written and Spoken
Articulate and Provide Quick Solutions
Self Leaner and Can ramp up quickly
