JOB TITLE : QA Analyst / Team Lead
LOCATION : Columbus, OH
DURATION : 12+ months
JOB DESCRIPTION
True Management responsibility where they oversaw and delegated QA work to team members
Managed data conversion testing
Use of SQL queries
Test tools are Team Foundation Server and Microsoft Test Manager - show where and how they used them
How they used SharePoint as a repository for testing documents
How and where they used Excel and Power Suite
If they haven't used Clarity but have used MSProject I will still submit.
Assignment Responsibilities
•Management of the Conversion QA Team
•Success for the data conversion QA task
•Review and approve QA Team work products
•Task Management in accordance to project schedule
•Provide regular status updates to Conversion Project Manager of the progress of testing activities
Skill Sets Required
•Management of data conversion testing – evidence of at least one conversion project
•Task and resource management – (3+ years experience)
•Management of small teams of up to 10 members in size (3+ years experience)
•Experience in use of SharePoint and other Document repository tools
•Experience in building manual testing components, executing the associated test scripts and documenting invalid conditions in a defect tracking system (5 years)
•Proficiency in building and executing SQL queries in support of testing needs to find and validate certain data (5 Years)
•Background and Experience in use of test case and defect management and automated testing tools (5 Years)
•Agile development environment (2 Years)
•Software Development Life Cycle (3+ years experience)
•Working knowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager
•Familiarity with Power Suite
•Desktop skill proficiency to Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel
•Microsoft Excel
•Experience in using Clarity
