Job Title: Java Team Lead
Duration: Contract to Hire

This person should have at least 5 years of experience designing and developing projects and have had hands on coding experience.
Should have strong software development skills including Java/J2EE, SQL, experience with technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, JSON
Strong Unix/Linux
Experience with service oriented architecture, JSON RESTful design, environments, deployment a plus
Experience with high volume, high availability systems a plus
Be able to communicate with product development, translate requirements to high level design and manage end to end delivery
Understanding of agile development a plus
Understanding of ecommerce platforms development a plus
Bachelors or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent
