· Installation and support of all Server based Rational Products (ClearCase, CCRC, ClearQuest, ClearQuest Web, Quantity Manager, RequisitePro)
· Installation and support of server based HP AMP
· Needs to collect Installation Qualification records for Validation
· Strong ClearCase skills
· Strong knowledge of functionality for all of the Rational products
· Server Administration for all Rational products
· Troubleshooting skills
· Security for all products
· Working with IBM support to log issues
