Skill and Role Summary:

Provide onsite CQ administrative support and training to client.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

.  Manage administration of client's CQ implementation (uploading documents, loading content, migrating content, managing workflow, etc.)

.  Train business users in use of CQ technology to run their content operations


Requirements:

.  Experience managing administration of CQ (uploading documents, loading content, migrating content, managing workflow, etc.)

.  Experience with digital rights management

.  Experience training business users in use of CQ technology; need to leave the client in a position to self-serve their CQ administration tasks at end of engagement

.  Good communication skills (client facing, day in and day out)

.  Ability to work locally with the client team in New York on a daily basis
