Job Description:
Mandatory Skills
• 3+ years' experience in JSP, (X)HTML, AJAX, the DOM, HTTP, JavaScript, CSS
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (we use jQuery) and HTML5
• Strong Agile development experience.
• Flex experience preferred
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus (we don't do design, but we interface with designers and use Creative Suite as a common tool set)
• 3+ years' experience working with Apache Tomcat and developing server-side Java applications
• 3+ years' experience with Linux
• Passionate about writing FAST, SIMPLE, and ROBUST code.
• Experience with source control such as SVN, CVS, or Perforce
• BS in computer science or relevant experience
Job Roles / Responsibilities
• Designing and implementing technical solutions for new products and features
• Working closely with team members from across all functions
• Implementing features in a manner which is robust, efficient, and readable
• Being responsible for ongoing maintenance, bug fixing, and quality improvement of your code
• Effectively collaborate with other engineers, architects, managers and product managers to solve complex problems spanning multiple projects.
