Ability to follow through on multi-step actions (without oversight.) Flexible and adaptable to adjust to change in tasks, priorities and decisions (sometimes on a daily basis.)
Sense of urgency to meet deadlines (daily tracking, test planning and execution may be necessary.) Attention to detail and quality while meeting deadlines.

Knows when to seek assistance from fellow team members and resourceful in using company contacts to resolve issues or learn about things that are outside of the team's expertise.
Able to question when business requirements is just an automation of a manual (always done this way) process rather than define the true requirement.
Able to filter, review, and analyze large volumes of data in a timely manner and assess outcomes as related to the intent of the requirement.
