Role & Responsibilities
Lead teams in detailed technical design, and contributes with hands-oncode
development. Work closely with IT and user teams in distributed
globally.
Map complex business requirements to current and correct architecture,
design and design new or refactor areas where insufficient infrastructure
exists
in the project.
Participate, contribute, assimilate and provide opinion on changes,
enhancements and design being done to the project.
Evaluate and recommend solutions, alternative frameworks, products /
solutions available to current and future releases of product.
Technically evaluate existing architecture / design of big software
systems
and providing alternative solutions and recommend appropriate path for a
product / project
Required:
10+ Yrs of IT experience with Java as a primary technology of which at
least
3 years should be in Senior Technical Role
Experience in GWT and GUI
Experience in C/C++ is a strong plus
Expert-level knowledge of core Java and JEE technologies such as JMS,
Servlets, JSP, JDBC, and EJB
Hands-on experience with messaging middle-ware IBM MQ (preferred) or
TIBCO
EMS.
Hands-on working knowledge of a database such as IBM DB2 or Oracle
Hands-on working knowledge of application servers such as WebSphere or
WebLogic.
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Hibernate, Spring, and any
AJAX
framework
