We have preset phone interview on Monday, Sept. 10^th at 1:30, 2:00 and 2:30.

Required Skills:

1. 3-5 years C#.NET or VB.NET - previously they coded in VB.NET. Ron is the new manager and he is implementing all new coding will be done in C# so that's why either is fine.

2. SQL

3. Good Communication

4. Flexibility - needs to be comfortable wearing many hats and being a utility player

Preferred Skills:

1. ASP.NET

2. Sharepoint

3. Plus - Team Foundation Server

Overview of need:

They are understaffed and behind on progress right now. They need 2 contractors to come in and help out with whatever they are given. Most likely it will be 60-70% maintenance work (mixture of bug fixes on custom development projects and 3rd party software help - (for example, one of the Kum & Go stores has an issue so they submit it via their electronic ticketing system. The contractor would be responsible for researching the issue and either fixing it themselves or finding the right person to resolve the issue). The other 30-40% will be a mix of new development, enhancements, testing, special projects (for example they are upgrading from Visual Source Safe to TFS so they may need help with that).

Team size - approximately 6 right now, but growing (developers, DBA, Support Analyst, Solution Architects)
