Technical Skill Requirements
- Experience leading small teams
- Strong SOA experience and its application in multi-tier environments
- Strong technical foundation in C# and Microsoft related technologies
o C, C# and .NET technologies
o Experience of ASP.NET Web Services
o Visual Studio.NET (2008+)
o Microsoft IIS; SQL Server 2005+
- Strong analysis and design experience
o Experience using design patterns such as Factory, Adaptor, Proxy, Command etc.
o Experience documenting designs, API specifications, etc.
o Experience with UML
