Job Title : Cisco UC Manager
Location : Bloomington, IL
Duration : 6+ Months
Required:-
Business Analyst-System-Training Development-Strong, support level knowledge of the following Cisco related technologies is required:
· Cisco Unified Communications Manager
· Cisco Unity Connections
· Cisco IOS routers & gateways,
· Cisco Network Architecture
· LAN/WAN technologies
· Telephony carriers (TDM & SIP)
· Session Border Controllers
· VXML, virtual server environment
Desired:-
Support level knowledge of the following Cisco related technologies would also be helpful:
· Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise
· Cisco CVP
· CUSP
This candidate will be expected to:
Collaborate and communicate clearly and effectively with:
· Individuals working in instructional/curriculum design to determine curriculum needs for UC support teams.
· Leadership overseeing implementation of Cisco UC technology
· Individuals and teams who support Cisco UC technology
