1. Should be having good experience in working in production Support engagements
2. Functional Knowledge of PIM /Item / Product data management
3. Very good Oracle PLSQL Knowledge
4. Java/J2ee and BPEL knowledge desirable
5.  Should be good in providing technical support to the team and resolution on need basis

Desirable Technical Skills

 

Desirable Functional Skills

1. Should be able to coordinate well with the team
2. Should have experience in handling multi location and cross functional teams
3. Excellent communication skills
