Positions-Sr. C# Developer-9 months-Valencia,

FROM MANGER---We are looking for (2) C# developers to work on an application that our Field Clinical Engineers will use to help investigate field issues that the patient and/or doctors are having with the implantable devices.

Primary Function
Design and develop PC-based software application that the Field Clinical Engineers will use to help investigate field issues with applications for controlling implantable neural stimulators. Specify, design, analyze, simulate, prototype, document, code, test and release to manufacturing the aforementioned software.

Duties
Hands-on: Design and develop PC-based software systems for controlling implantable neural stimulators. Analyze marketing and system requirements to specify software requirements, formulate the requirements into software designs that enable inherent quality, implement designs using industry best practices and methodologies, and ensure that implementation is of the highest quality with proper design verification.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills
Software Design: Software development experience in a Windows Environment is required. Knowledge of Microsoft .NET 3.5 frameworks is essential. Software knowledge and experience in object oriented design of software systems required.
Software Programming: C# expert and ability to implement design pattern in C# is required. Experience with unit testing using Microsoft tools and static code analyzers is required.
Windows Development: Experience in Windows Forms and WPF required (may consider someone without this). Experience with Visual Studio Team Suite and Team Foundation Server desired.
Graphic User Interface: Experience in UI usability and developing applications with localization for international markets is desired.
Relational Database: Experience with MS Access, SQL server or similar required.(they have SQL server)
Medical Devices: PREFERRED!!! Specific knowledge relating to software development in medical devices is preferred. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical device software is preferred. Experience in software development for implantable medical devices is desired.

Experience
Total Experience: Minimum of 5 years of software design, implementation and testing of software in commercial products.
Design Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial software product development in Windows.
Product Development: Experience must include the specification, design, documentation, coding, testing and release to manufacturing of commercial software.

Education & Training
Degrees: BS with 5+ years in Computer Science or Engineering. MS preferred.
Training, technical: Evidence of continuing education in technology improvement, advanced product development tools and processes.

Any LINQ experience is great!!!
