Description:

  • The CRM Application lead undertakes management of one or more Outsourcing projects and/or Application support at our client locations.
  • They will lead the team of technicians to ensure delivery is to budget, to specification, on time and to customer satisfaction.
  • The CRM Application lead pro-actively acts to understand internal and external client issues and recommends best practices in own discipline.
  • This individual is aware of profitability needs and may manage cost for specific project/work areas.
  • The CRM Application lead will be responsible for finding the underlying issues and patterns in complex situations, take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • The CRM Application lead will be responsible for meeting or exceeding established SLA's and is required to be on-call after hours to support for high priority incidents.
  • Resolve reported issues and required changes in SAP systems Interacting with business and client IT for requirements definitions Team management Service delivery improvement intitiatives Strong functional expertise in SAP CRM Sales, Service, Marketing and Campaign Management, Interaction center (Ver. 4.0, 5.0, 5.2, 6.0 & 7.0) SD (Ver. 4.7 & ECC) with six implementations and one upgrade project.
  • Expertise in SAP Solution Manager (Incident Management and ChaRMs), ASAP and SAP best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of make-to-order and engineer-to-order scenarios Strong knowledge of SAP CRM and MDM and integration with SAP ECC Proven experience in SAP ECC version 6.0 8-10 years of SAP hands on experience 2 complete lifecycle implementations Life Science/Pharmaceutical experience preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Solid management skills, demonstrated proficiency in leading, delegating and mentoring individuals to maximize levels of productivity and meet schedules, while forming cohesive team environment.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills. Sound judgment and tact Ability to work effectively with clients, management, and its staff members Knowledge of various integration technology like webmethods, RFC, PI/XI, EDI, Idoc, web services, customer and third party supplier interfaces Able to interact and persuade business end users and senior client management Ability to work and communicate directly with customers to ensure that expectations are being met Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision Skilled in multiple facets of SAP project life cycles and worked with various key stakeholders and responsible for deliverables including requirements, business blueprint, configuration, integration, testing, documentation, user acceptance testing and go-live support.
