Description:
Responsible for managing the implementation of line-of-business COTS applications in an integrated application environment, managing the development of custom line-of-business applications, and managing the support and maintenance of existing custom and COTS applications. Responsible for the overall planning, management and completion of application projects following a standard Project Management Methodology. Identifies the approach to be used and manages the application implementation process by developing project schedules, work breakdown structures and budgets; assigning and managing individual responsibilities; and is responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs. Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members.
