Job Description:
- Strong experience in Core HRMS and OTL. Exposure to other HR modules like SSHR, Perf mgmt., Learning Mgmt. etc. is good to have.
- Should have worked on OTL integration with Projects module
- Should have done at least 2 implementations
- Client facing skills and should be ready to work in Global delivery model with offshore
- Strong communication skills
