Job Description:
· Provide process analysis and requirements specification support.
· Deliver Incidents through Incident Management process
· Deliver Enhancements through the SER process ( Service Enhancement request).
· Deliver Bug fix change through the OC ( operational change) process.
· Lead the effort to work with the business to identify functional and technical requirements.
· Elicit business requirements into design specifications and appropriate test case and test script development. Provide subject matter expertise when needed.
· Work with Business Users and BAU team on incidents, data/program issues and ensure right prioritization by BAU team.
· Orchestrate with Application Developers, Infrastructure Developers and the Support Organization to ensure effective transition and understanding of requirements.
· Provide expert knowledge of business processes, business data, current applications and systems.
· Understands business and technology drivers and impact of probable changes.
· Help assess, prioritize and effectively communicate customer needs, and initiate projects in partnership with the business, Client Engagement Directors and Solution Delivery.
· Collaborate with process owners to identify and improve technology based solutions that optimize the performance, capability and competitiveness of business processes.
· Determine levels of testing required; develop test cases and test scripts to ensure requirements are met and work with testers and business representatives to conduct User Acceptance Tests.
· Collaborate with project leaders in delivery of process area projects and releases including project management if needed.
