Must have 9-10+ years of experience.
· Is not someone that just puts Senior on their resume.
· They must be able to have a wide-range of knowledge across all parts of development which include
o agile/scrum
o database development (SQL, T-SQL)
o services (wcf)
o multi-tier design/development
o Microsoft Best Practices
o C# technologies
o SDLC
o TFS
o and etc…
· but even more important to me
o They can take that knowledge on their own and with relatively little guidance and a small amount or in some cases no documentation
§ be able to work with customers, both internal and external
§ unit test
§ deploy
§ at a high rate of speed with a low rate of bugs
