Job Title: Data Architects
Location : Broomfield ,US
Duration : 3 months
Experience required 8 year's above.
Job Description:
- Provide Provisioning consultation to Pre-Sales, Participate in proposal activities and discussions with customer.
- Participate in discussions to understand the problems faced by the clients, gather further data as required from the customer, and discuss with relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to define and document the problem
- Ability to provide possible solution alternatives that factor in gap resolution, impact related to functional/technical areas, acceptability of the solution to the user community, technical feasibility and efficiency
- Understand customer's legacy systems and proposed systems and provide data mapping across both systems
- Identify data architecture system transformation impacts
- Design Logical and Physical data models with the complete solution architecture in mind.
- Provide consultation to solution teams on Data transformation aspects of the solution
- Provide consultation on Performance Tuning, Database management, maintenance to the solution team in Oracle
- Propose best practices for data management in Telco transformation projects
- Liaise with Telco customers, and understand and propose the best possible solutions to suit the Telcos needs for data management.
- Identify issues beforehand, and propose workarounds to Program Management. Work in liaison with Program Management and other stakeholders of the projects.
Required Skill's:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering/IT
- A minimum overall 10 years of experience with listed responsibilities and skill sets
- Able to identify data architecture system transformation impacts.
- Able to design Logical and Physical data models with the complete solution architecture in mind.
- Provide consultation to solution teams on Data transformation aspects of the solution
- Provide consultation on Performance Tuning, Database management, maintenance to the solution team in Oracle
- Propose best practices for data management in Telco transformation projects
- Liaise with Telco customers, and understand and propose the best possible solutions to suit the Telcos needs for data management.
- In depth and hands on working knowledge of ETL tools on Informatica
- Experience of working in at least two data migration projects
- Identify issues beforehand, and propose workarounds to Program Management. Work in liaison with Program Management and other stakeholders of the projects.
- Must have experience in handling complex projects
- Makes clear and concise oral presentations for internal and external audiences
- Ability to work independently under the general supervision
- Applies judgment effectively when solving problems
- Fosters open communication between team members
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Must interface successfully with engineers and across functional departments within customer organization
