Job Title: HCM Functional Senior Consultant (Payroll)
Location: Beaverton,OR.
Duration: 3 month's
Skill's:
- 7 - 9 years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant and should have worked on minimum 2 end to end implementations and Support.
- In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on customizations in SAP-HCM modules - Organizational Management, Personal Administration, Payroll and Compensation Management.
- Experience on SAP Time (negative), Recruitment, Benefits, Employee self-service and Performance Management modules would be a plus.
- Should be able to Manage the detailed customization in the relevant HCM modules.
- Should be able to Understand and able to review ABAP codes from functional perspective.
- Work well in team environment and in a SAP project environment.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be Customer focused.
- Should be able to Provide reliable estimates and do planning.
- Should be able to Mentor the Team.
- Should be able to Review Team's deliverables to ensure Quality and Timely delivery.
- Should be able to Conduct workshops for the customer if required.
- Demonstrate initiative and mobility.
- Should be able to Define potential improvements to processes and systems that can lead to enhancements.
