6 Months Contract
• Need a motivated candidate
• Likes to see people that are technical and into the user groups or open source projects
• Likes to see problem solvers, developers that have developed from scratch projects
• See things that they have built
• People skills…they are in an agile room working with a team of developers, ba, and qa folks. Need to be able to interact
• Need a Sr Java Engineer
• Ruby on rails is a bonus…some knowledge of that
• Any mobile dev will be great
• Like to see struts, spring
• Work in a Unix environment…development arena is Red Hat
• Tomcat is the webserver
• Mysql is the main database
• They have MQ Setups
• JMS and JMX messaging
• Need them to have some web services exp (soap)
• They will extend this out to the max length and there is a strong possibility they will convert them to FTE. This is a pattern that they have used successfully
• Not concerned about past work as long as they have done Web Development in that past and they have good experience….JavaScript, jquery
• Not concerned on degrees…more on experience and how hungry they are to learn and grow
• Good com skills
