S1 Intermediate Application Support Call Center Agent

Agents must 2yrs have Mortgage Origination/Processing experience.

Must be familiar with terminology; Ratios LTV (Loan to Value), assets, Liabilities DTI (Debt to Income) etc.

Knowledge about FHA/VA loans.

Computer navigation knowledge.

History having used other Mortgage application. 

3 years customer service support/Phone support

S1 Senior Application Support Call Center Agent
Work Location : Tampa , FL.
Position Type : Full Time Position with our client

S1 Senior Application Support Call Center Agent

Agents must have 5+ Mortgage experience processing and underwriting

Must be familiar with lending Guidelines

Must be familiar with terminology; Ratios LTV (Loan to Value), assets, Liabilities DTI (Debt to Income) etc

Knowledge about FHA/VA loans.

Computer navigation knowledge.

History having used other Mortgage application.

5+ year's customer service support/Phone

Familiar about DU (Desktop Underwriting) and LP (Loan Prospector) Findings.

Experienced in Microsoft Office and able to produce and interpret reports.
