Skills:
· Understands the purpose of an infotype and which infotypes are dependent on another.
· Performs typical personnel actions in a timely manner to keep employee master data updated
· Understands which SAP infotypes impact payroll and verifies data entered to avoid potential impact.
· Executes reports to audit and monitor data accuracy and identify concerns on a consistent basis.
· Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and the various HR Centers of Expertise.
· Participates in testing system changes that impact PA and OM.
· Assists with the training and development of other HR OM and PA specialists on the processes and skills needed for their roles.
· Uses Excel to manipulate and analyze SAP data for accuracy.
2. Lead Functional Oracle Fixed Assets
3 months
Stoughton, WI
Skills:
Must have 3+ years of Oracle financials and in particular strong experience with Fixed Assets. Strong functional requirements gathering and configuration experience. Must have experience with eBS R1.
