Primary Skills
1. Good Experience in OS Troubleshooting Microsoft windows server 2003 & 2008
2. A good Experience Microsoft Exchange server 2007 & 2010 server infrastructure, Active Directory, Spam filters administration. (Cisco Iron port) Antivirus servers (Mcafee) Symantec Enterprise vault server.
3. Good Experience in Microsoft outlook and outlook express Role and Administrating AD infrastructure.
4. Knowledge in Exchange server 2007 and 2010, Mail Administration Installation /Uninstallation and managing Microsoft Exchanger 2007 / 2010 Servers holding Handling around 3100+ user
5. Knowledge in Creating and configuring mailbox stores and public stores, Troubleshooting Internal and External Mail flow issues, Exchange Backup and Restore, Troubleshooting SMTP, IMAP, POP3, OWA issues Checking Mail queues. Tracking mails. Monitoring the status of exchange Servers and Connectors Add/Delete Users, Group and DL in Active Directory and DNS server
6. Certification is added advantage.
