Project co-ordinator – Business Intelligence
Location: Erlanger, KY
Duration: 12 months with annual renewal
This person should feel comfortable meeting with the IS Developers, Project Managers and Supervisors to understand their process in detail and excel in gathering information and documenting what was communicated with minimal direction. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, as this person will be communicating frequently with I/S management on project status. This person must be able to create KPIs and understand and create technical design documents with minimum direction.
· Self-motivated, drives to closure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills are a must as this person will frequently be communicating with our business partners.
· Extensive experience in managing project life cycle and reporting project status.
· Experience working with information systems to determine and document business requirements.
· Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time and prioritize tasks.
· Experience with project resource estimation, technology/process requirements, duration, costs and issues tracking.
· Ability to present and explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
- Experience in preparing analyses:
Ø Cost-benefit analysis
Ø Risk analysis
Ø Return on Investment (ROI)
Ø Make-buy analysis
· Ability to identify, create, document and improve project management processes.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team in an ever-changing environment.
· Ability to plan, organize and review the work of technical personnel.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Additional Qualifications: (CANDIDATES MEETING THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL HAVE BEST CHANCE OF BEING SELECTED)
- Data analysis skills a plus.
- Experience with Business Intelligence solutions a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) a significant plus.
