SCOPE OF SERVICES
NYC DOC seeks an experienced Business Analyst to work with multiple constituents (Criminal Justice Coordinator's Office, HHS, Department of Correction, Department of Health and Mental Health, DoITT) to gather requirements for development and implementation of the system to support the Court-Based Intervention Resource Team program. The system is to include a web application and database developed in a J2EE environment running on an IBM Websphere/DB2 platform. The analyst will work with constituents to document program processes, data share, and reporting requirements. Expertise in Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
| MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE | # Years Experience |
| Extensive Experience with New York City government, other local governments and/or criminal justice/social service type agencies. |

| Superior experience as a business analyst documenting and gathering business requirements for application development in the above mentioned type setting(s). |

| Excellent written and communication skills. |

| Experience producing systems requirements documents and use cases, including data ingest from multiple sources and data share with varying permissions. |
