Job Title: Drupal Developer
Location: Des Moines, IA
Duration: 12 months
Direct Client Position
This position requires knowledge of Drupal 7 or 2-3 years experience with a combination of Drupal 6/7. The position requires knowledge of Drupal and the ability to train others. It also requires SQL language skills working with MySQL.

The ideal candidate must:
Possess strong communications skills
A work history demonstrating dependability
Able to work on multiple concurrent projects
Possess superior soft skills including the ability to: work with clients, negotiate requirements between stakeholders, work on a team, to lead and facilitate communication
Ability to complete assignments timely and submit weekly status reports indicating progress on assigned tasks, performance against assigned project
Shall maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers, supervisors and customers and present a positive team environment and customer focus
Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating
Drupal 7 or 2-3 years experience with a combination of Drupal 6/7 Required 2 Years
Experience with HTML/ CSS and comfortable with layout/UI/UX related development and Drupal Themes Required 2 Years
SQL language skills working with MySQL Required 2 Years
Knowledge of best practices with Drupal and able to train and assist user Required 2 Years
Possess strong analytical skills including troubleshooting and problem solving Required 2 Years
Ability to gather technical requirements and work with technical staff to define requirements Required 2 Years
Adobe Photo Required 2 Years
Experience with Jitterbit, Jenkins, SVN, CVS Required 2 Years
PHP, experience with OO/MVC Nice to have
Team lead experience Required 3 Years
