Job Title: Oracle Identity and Access Management Specialist
Location: Dover, DE
Duration: 3-6 months
Direct Client Position
In person interview

The consultant will provide technical expertise in the on boarding of business applications to the client's Identity and Access Management Service (IAM).  The consultant will gather requirements, provide technical guidance (meet with application developers and help them understand what webservices and IAM is and how it will impact their environment), consult with other programmers and system engineers, configure Oracle IAM settings (on-job training provided), perform Java programming, test and debug application interfaces, customize web pages, and write documentation.

Prior experience with multiple parties (programmer, engineer, customer, project manager) to complete application integration  Required 2 Years   
Prior experience in SOA / web services Required 2 Years   
Prior experience with WSDL Documentation Required 2 Years   
Experience using a vendor-provided out-of-the-box (OOTB) Windows-based control panel tool to configure and set up a product to design requirements Required 1 Years   
Prior experience programming in Java and related tools Required 2 Years   
Web page design (CSS) Required 1 Years   
Familiarity with Identity Management concepts Highly desired 2 Years
