Job Title: Business Analyst

Relevant Experience (Yrs): 7 years+

Rate: $40/hr on C2C

 

Work Location: Charlotte, NC

 

 

Technical/Functional Skills:

 

1.      Strong domain experience in Healthcare /Lifesciences

2.      Requirement gathering skills .Should have prior experience in creating BRDs, functional requirement documents.

3.      Need to have excellent communication skills, demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

4.      Understanding of software processes, and knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle

5.      Project management  and effort estimation skills

6.      Prior experience of working with offshore teams is an added advantage.

 

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

1.      Communicate with Business users to gather requirements 

2.      Write requirements, and coordinate sign off from business, developers, and Testers.

3.      Resolve and clarify requirement issues during various  phases of the project

4.      Create process improvement assets such as, checklists, templates, etc.

5.      Drive process improvement initiatives.

 

Generic Managerial Skills:

 

1.       Able to plan/track activities

2.       Report progress/challenges to Project Manager

 

 

Education: Graduate
