Work with different teams – Business, Solutions – BI, Portal and team of Architects to create overall BI user interface, Implement Microstrategy solutions with complete considerations on Infrastructure capability, performance, supportability to achieve end user business results.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in the field of Data warehousing
5+ years of experience with Microstrategy Architecture, Schema, and Development
3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring team at Architect level
Extensive experience developing reports, dashboards, and cubes in Microstrategy version 9
Advanced SQL coding skills
Solid understanding of Data Modeling concepts
Technical team management experience including offshore team members
Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Retail related data warehousing experience a plus
Hands on development in BI reporting and Performance tuning
