Job Description:

The SharePoint administrator/developer will participate in the development, administration and integration efforts of enterprise solutions involving Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process and Forms utilizing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 and Visual Studio 2008/.NET 3.5. The resource will work closely with multiple groups such as Infrastructure, QA, data warehouse team, and various internal groups as the SharePoint environment expands.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Participate in multiple system deployments, integration and migration projects.

·         Provide User issues resolution and Production support.

·         Planning, design, configuration, testing and implementation of 2010 solutions.

·         Provides application and developer support, performs code releases and troubleshoots custom application deployments, application and server performance issues.

·         Supports extensive SharePoint infrastructure with deployment, maintenance, health and performance monitoring

·         Manages access control, ensuring maintenance of configurations and system security.

·         Builds SharePoint environment including servers and farms

·         Performs disaster recovery operations as required.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

Required skills experience:

·         SharePoint 2010 fundamentals including out of the box web parts, lists, templates, master pages.

·         Custom development of modular components including web parts, user controls, application pages site pages

·         Info path forms and workflows

·         Understanding of search framework

·         Strong in ECM features including publishing framework, page layouts.

·         Good understanding of .NET and ASP.NET concepts

·         5+ year's development experience with .NET/SharePoint 2007 & 2010/MOSS 

·         Expert level knowledge administering medium scale SharePoint farm.

·         Strong understanding of Web front ends, IIS 7.0, Windows Server 2003/2008, SQL database cluster.

 Knowledge must include web parts development and troubleshooting with a focus on deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.

·         Experience with SharePoint templates (site templates, list templates, master page customization) is required.

·         Expert level knowledge administering medium scale SharePoint farm.

·         Strong understanding of Web front ends, IIS 7.0, Windows Server 2003/2008, SQL database cluster.

·         Knowledge must include web parts development and troubleshooting with a focus on deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.
