Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidate should be able to perform the following activities. Having prior Siebel upgrade experience will be added advantage.
- Siebel 8.0 , 8.1 Server installation and Configuration.
- Siebel version upgrade
- Server Performance Tuning
- Siebel Migration Activities like Export , Import , DDLSync utilities.
- Siebel Tools , Siebel Client and Local DB Extract for Developers.
- Siebel Server Profile Configuration and Custom Object Manager , new URL , New Virtual Directory setup.
- Siebel Application Admin activities Export and Import Non Repository items.
- Siebel Release Management and Retrofit Management.
- Siebel Upgrade ( Upgrep , Merge Rep , Upgrep Phys ) Utilities and Troubleshooting steps.
- Siebel Upgrade Test and Production Migration .
- Siebel Server issues and trouble shootings.
- Siebel LDAP setup.
- Few Database related Activities like Parameters Check , Table back etc.
- Configuring and managing Workflow management component group
- Opening SR with Oracle in case of critical issues and follow-up
- Coordinating with different teams
