Job Responsibilities:
- - Migrate/manage SAP transports using ZTMS and ChaRM tools
- - Ensure proper Change Management procedures are followed
- - Coordinate/communicate with Process and Technical Teams regarding transport activities
- - Handle Foreign Transport imports
- - Monitor ITSM queue for Integration; Fill-in missing information, re-dispatch where needed, and resolve incidents where possible
- - Monitor Integration shared mailbox to analyze/provide support for requests that comes in.
