8 yrs of real world JAVA development and 3-4 yrs Eclipse RCP experience (no fabricated experience in India will count). Actually these are not hard/fast numbers on years' experience (there are always exceptions) but a good rule of thumb for the profile we need.

 

Senior JAVA Eclipse RCP Developer:

-          8 years of Fat/Thick Client development experience – strong JAVA coding skills in a large enterprise environment

-          4 years of plug-in development experience - Eclipse RCP

-          Experienced in MVC implementation on Fat/Thick client

-          Working knowledge of front end integration with Web Services, Weblogic, Oracle
