Work location            : Thousand Oaks, CA

Position Type             : Contract to Hire (3-4 Months )

Years of Experience : 6-8 yrs

Required Skills:

Skills:

Good verbal and written English language communications skill. 

Moderate user capability with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel….).

Broad based, core IS knowledge with moderate to deep technical capability in area complementing specific application (Server OS – basic commands and security – operations and administration, AD, Web Servers, WebLogic, Java development,….)

For complex applications like Maximo, specific application administration training or administration certification.

Abilities.

Ability to manage and drive Level 1 information flow for incidents and requests.

Maintain stable application environment

Logical troubleshooting across multi-tier web applications – ability to isolate and test across layers

Able to perform and document troubleshooting applying both core IS and application knowledge and resolve many problems with minimal to no assistance. 

Provide accurate and detailed troubleshooting information to level 3 / vendor

Proactively manage incident / service request trends and provide well thought out improvement suggestions to service owner

Resources that are growing and being groomed to become level 3.
