Position: Project Manager (EAD, GC or Citizens ONLY)

Location: Detroit, MI

Duration : 12 Months

1. 5+ years relevant leadership experience
2. Responsibility for overall project budget adherence on large enterprise projects
3. Responsibility for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing complex application and system implementation projects using a formal project management methodology.

Required Skills/Experience
2-3 years experience managing large, complex projects and project teams including those with more than 10 team members. Experience with managing diverse delivery teams, located in multiple locations.
Work with all stakeholders including business, technical and supplier, to deliver on required commitments
Ability to determine resource needs, develop detailed plans, and analyze status and report against the plan.  Manages scope to a formal process.
Demonstrated ability to recognize and proactively resolve issues
Provide IT leadership with an accurate assessment of project status and progress.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to define project estimates and forecasts.
Monitor project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.
Adhere to Project Management Office policies, procedures, and methodologies.

Preferred Skills/Experience
At least 8-10 years of experience in business and/or IT consulting roles preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects of moderate size concurrently.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
High proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint
Develop detailed plans and schedules in Microsoft Project.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree is not required but expected.
Master degree preferred
