Conducting JAD sessions Required 6 Years  
Documenting functional and non-functional requirements Required 6 Years  
Creating application prototypes and screen mock-ups Required 6 Years  
Creating graphical representations of complex business processes Nice to have 4 Years  
Experience in using Microsoft products such as; Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word Required 5 Years  
Experience with Data mapping and documenting the data mapping between two distinct applications and data models Required 5 Years  
Experience mapping requirements to test scripts for user acceptance testing Nice to have 5 Years  
Experience testing coded modules to ensure business requirements are met prior to user acceptance testing Required 4 Years  
Experience with all roles specified in BA1 Required 6 Years  
Experience as liaison between product owner, program customers and the development team Required 6 Years  
Expereince with collecting information from product owner and documenting product features in the form of user stories Required 6 Years  
Experience working with Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the product backlog Required 3 Years  
Experience working in an Agile environment as a BA Required 4 Years  
Experience with working with Product Owner to produce testable acceptance criteria Required 4 Years  
Experience with producing testable requirements for tester Required 4 Years  
Experience with Lead support for UAT Required 4 Years
