The successful candidate will have strong mid- and backend- design and development experience along with good front-end skills.
Must have:

Spring MVC framework (3.1)
jQuery (esp. FullCalendar plugin)

Hibernate-JPA-ORM-JTA

Apache Tomcat
AJAX
JSON
CSS/HTML
Familiarity with Linux and Shell programming
Services: REST/SOAP
Creating/Consuming web services
Eclipse, SVN
JavaScript
Servlets
Unit and Integration testing
Ability to prepare effective technical (design, test document) and non-technical (mock-up, requirements) documentation
Experience in interfacing with non-technical users throughout the development life cycle.
