Rate: $50/hr all inclusive

Familiarity with Linux and Shell programming
Services: REST/SOAP
Creating/Consuming web services
Eclipse, SVN
JavaScript
Servlets
Unit and Integration testing
Ability to prepare effective technical (design, test document) and non-technical (mock-up, requirements) documentation
Experience in interfacing with non-technical users throughout the development life cycle
