QA Tester W/Java
downtown Chicago, IL
12 – 18 months Contract
Client is currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Tester who also has a development background in Java. The selected candidate will assist in testing complex trading systems which require strong database knowledge as well. This position is located in downtown Chicago, IL and is within walking distance of major transportation hubs.
Requirements:
We are recruiting for a QA tester with a development background.
Candidate should be proficient with testing methodologies preferably iterative approach.
The candidate must be proficient with SQL, UNIX/LINUX as back end is included in the job responsibilities.
In addition, the candidate must have prior experience testing large systems in the Integration Environment.
Candidate with trading industry experience is preferred
Candidate with Informatica experience is nice to have.
Candidate with prior automation exposure/execution experience is a nice to have.
