- The resource will assist with Hardware (Printer), firmware and UPD (Driver) certification
- As part of the certification, the resource will also complete all required documentation
- The resource will assist with updating the hardware certification documentation and database to include the status of the new and existing HP devices (as they change)
- The resource will also assist with updating and testing the script for UPD installation
- The resource will also assist with performing UAT of all packages created for the UPD installation
