Title:  Sr. Business Analyst for contract position
Location: Camp Hill, PA

Interview: Phone + F2F

Our client, in Camp Hill PA, is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst for a 4 month contract.  This temporary position requires the candidate to have strong experience with business analysis, excellent communication, and the ability to interview stake holders to gather business requirements.  The client is working on a project to evaluate their current POS system.  They are looking for analysis regarding changes or updates that may need to be made to the existing system.  This is an off the shelf system that has been highly customized to this point.

Must have:

·         10+ year of Business Analysis

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong Business Analysis and Design

·         Strong understanding of Process Diagrams

·         Experience working with different Business Analysis Methodologies

·         Ability to work independently

Nice to have:

·         BA Certification (CBAP – Certified Business Analyst Professional)

·         Retail experience
