Job Tittle: Project Manager
Location : Jackson, Michigan
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Technical Knowledge and Experience:
Service Manager 7.0 and/or Service Manager 9.0 experience required.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools
Experience with planning and managing all phases of system development (e.g., requirements gathering,
design, configuration, development, COTS selection, testing, conversion and application support)
Successful delivery of multiple cross-functional, medium complexity projects
Experience leading projects in multiple technologies and functions
Knowledge and or experience with waterfall and agile SDLC techniques
Demonstrated understanding of leadership principles, resource management practices, and organizational
change management techniques
Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities within a shared services organization model
PMP certification (within 3 years of entering the PM job family)
