Job Title: SR . Java Developer

The Imaging group within National Financial Technology is responsible for electronic document management for units including National Financial. FIMS is a distributed application built on Java and Websphere to provide web based image storage and retrieval services. Imaging services are integrated in several workflow processing applications. An Oracle database is used to cache images prior to injecting them to SEC compliant media. A DB2 database is used to index and track images. The successful candidate will develop and support Java modules running on Unix. Primary skills required include Java, Websphere and Oracle.

Candidate will be responsible for technical design and documentation, developing and testing code, and providing production support. Candidate must be flexible, and be a team player capable of delivering high quality solutions on time.

• Solid background in Unix application development using the following languages, technologies and tools.
• Languages: Java, SQL, J2EE, Web sphere
• Unix shell scripting
• IBM MQ Series
• Control-M Scheduler
• XML
• Oracle Stored Procedures
