Experience implementing Genesys in large enterprise environment
Experience with Integrating Presence, Chat and Web call back with front end web applications.
fluent knowledge of Genesys system administration
Expert knowledge of development of business rules in Genesys composer, URS, iWD
Expert knowledge in agent script development in Genesys
