Our direct client in Boston and Smithfield, RI, has an immediate need for a Release Engineer for a 6 month project.

Duration: 6 months
Need a senior release engineer to work within the compliance team of a large investment firm. Group is currently implementing GitHub Enterprise which involves migrating source code from ClearCase. They are building a continuous integration process that will use Jenkins as the build & deploy tool for various types of technologies. Person will work as a member of a 4-person release team but have heavy interaction with a large (150 person) team of developers and PM's.
REQUIREMENTS:
* GitHub implementation OR any comparable source code management tool experience
* Jenkins/Hudson build and deploy tool experience
* PERL and Linux scripting experience
* Energetic and able to own and deliver the release management program
Work location could be either BOSTON OR SMITHFIELD.
Preference is Smithfield. May involve travel to other location one day a month.
