Job Title                                :  Cisco Firewall Engineer

Location                                :  Concord, CA

Duration                               :  12-18 month contract

Skills Must:
FWSM
Cisco ASA firewall
PIX VPN

A Senior Firewall Engineer with strong communication skills and can provide leadership for the planning, supporting and problem-solving for the firewall environment.Extensive experience with Cisco ASA firewalls in a large environment.  CCSP would be nice to have.

·         Experience in Access Control List.

·         Experienced in highly secure network environment for Data Center.

·         Configured IPsec site-to-site VPN connections on Routers, ASA Firewalls.

·          Manage and support all VPN, B2B, SSLVPN connection.

·         Perform firewall change requests.

·         Perform firewall trouble shooting and connectivity issues.

·         Make firewall rules changes as required.  Be proficient in building and creating firewall rules and policies.

·         Use Remedy IT ticketing system to receive and update work orders.

·         Analyze and ensure the resolution of technical and client problems while providing quality customer service. 

·         Gather requirements and timelines from Business clients and project managers

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Able to multitask.
